According to someone that attended the BFI screening, Andrew was there.

Ben S: the Moff has allowed me to say Moriarty appears more than once and gets up to nefarious things.

Are you allowed to say what piece of clothing of Moriarty's was Andrew's?

He really is, and consistently too from my experiences. He seems really switched on, and can tell the difference between the crazies (of which there are sadly a few) and the genuine fans, and is always willing to give his time to those who are polite and respectful. He's also a complete geek himself, so he gets being really enthusiastic about something.
I agree, it really is nice to know that someone whose work you admire is actually a nice, decent person too. I've bumped into Andrew quite a few times (starting at the theatre before Sherlock made him really popular) and he always recognises me when we see each other, and is a charm. After the screening he was being walked through the building and spotted me, and came and said hello and led me through the BFI chatting with his arm around my waist (he wanted to know what I'd thought of the episode).
I've not been sworn to secrecy, but I didn't want to spoil anyone! It's a pair of Aviator sunglasses, I passed comment that I really liked them and he said they were his own and "there's something no one knows for you".
:)
Re: Andrew
I agree with amyloutweets though, he's definitely a massive geek XD
Re: Andrew
And having seen him geek out on several occasions, it's pretty unequivocal!
