I've tried to find it as well, but no luck so far.

The Royal Court Theatre is putting on a play by Simon Stephens. I was also informed that they had the dvd in their bookstore (not online yet) by someone at HellYeahAndrewScott.

Here is Royal Court Theatre's contact page. I contacted the administration (the one with the info address).
They were very prompt in replying back. They said it would be in their online store soon.
